Delete your Razvesh account

In the app (fastest)

• Open the Razvesh app or app.razvesh.com and sign in.
• Go to Profile and scroll to the bottom.
• Tap Delete my account, tick I understand, then tap Delete account.

If you have an order on its way or money owed on Razvesh credit, please finish or clear it first — the app will tell you.

Without the app

Write to azher@razvesh.com with the subject “Delete my Razvesh account” and your registered mobile number. We will confirm the number with you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name and shop name, mobile number and alternative number.
• Your saved delivery addresses and their map locations.
• Your credit limit requests.
• Your sign-in — the account can no longer be used.

What is kept

Past order and payment records (items, amounts, dates and the area pincode) are kept without your personal details, as Indian tax and accounting laws require. You can sign up again later with the same number as a new customer.

Staff accounts (delivery associates and warehouse) are closed by the Razvesh manager — please ask them. See also our privacy policy.
