Privacy policy

This policy explains what information the Razvesh ordering app (app.razvesh.com and our mobile apps) collects, why, who can see it, and the choices you have. Razvesh is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Account details — your mobile number (verified with a one-time code), an alternative phone number, your name or shop name, and whether you order as a shop or for your home.
- Delivery addresses — the address you type, its pincode and a label (such as “Shop”). If you choose Use my location or place a pin on the map, we also save that address's location. We only read your location when you tap that button.
- Orders and payments — products, quantities, prices, offers applied, how you pay (UPI, cash or Razvesh credit), payment status, your credit limit and balance, and any credit limit requests you send.
- Delivery confirmation — the delivery code check and, only if the code can't be used, a photo taken by the delivery associate as proof of delivery.
- Staff accounts — for delivery associates and warehouse staff: name, phone number, service areas and delivery earnings.
- Technical — a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. Your cart and small preferences are stored on your own device. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To take, pack and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them.
- To manage Razvesh credit, tier prices (based on how much you order) and offers.
- To verify your number at sign-in and keep your account secure.
- To keep the order and payment records required for accounting and tax.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
- Razvesh staff — the manager; the delivery associate handling your order (your name, phone, address and location, items, and the amount to collect); and warehouse staff (the items to pack). Each person only sees what their job needs.
- Service providers who run the app for us — Supabase (database and sign-in, servers in Mumbai, India), Hetzner (web hosting), Ola Maps or Google Maps (only when you search for a place or use your location, to turn it into an address), and a WhatsApp Business messaging provider (to send sign-in codes). They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
- When required by law — for example, to tax authorities or on a valid legal request.
How long we keep it
We keep your account details while your account is open. When you delete your account we erase your name, phone numbers and saved addresses. Order and payment records are kept without your personal details for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require.
Your choices and rights
- See and correct your details any time on the Profile page.
- Delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete my account, or see how to request deletion.
- Ask a question or raise a complaint about your data by writing to azher@razvesh.com. We will reply within 30 days. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Access is restricted by role, so each customer can only see their own orders and account.
Children
Razvesh is for businesses and adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18.
